Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Putri Fatimah Utami Program Studi : D-III Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Anak Z Dengan Post op H2 Hipospadia Dalam Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Rasa Aman dan Nyaman Di Ruang PAIS Lantai I RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Latar Belakang : Hipospadia merupakan salah satu kelainan kongenital yang paling sering ditemukan pada anak laki-laki. Berdasarkan catatan di Ruang PAIS Lantai I RSPAD Gatot Soebroto selama 6 bulan terakhir dimulai dari Desember 2022-Mei 2023 jumlah pasien yang dirawat dengan kasus hipospadia sebanyak 16 anak. Tujuan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah untuk menggambarkan penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada anak dengan post op H2 hipospadia dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan rasa aman dan nyaman. Metode : Desain studi kasus ini adalah deskriptif. Subjek dalam studi kasus pada karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah Anak berinisial Z dengan post op Hipospadia, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, berusia 3 tahun 8 bulan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini yaitu Teknik Anamnesa, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil : Teknik distraksi menonton video kartun secara umum sangat efektif diberikan pada anak usia pra sekolah dengan post op hipospadia. Sebelum diberikan teknik distraksi, skala nyeri FLACC yang dirasakan anak z pada hari pertama yaitu 5, hari kedua yaitu 3, hari ketiga yaitu 2. Setelah diberikan intervensi, skala nyeri FLACC pada hari pertama yaitu 3, hari kedua yaitu 2 dan hari ketiga yaitu 0. Kesimpulan: keefektifan menonton video kartun dapat dibuktikan dengan terjadinya penurunan intensitas nyeri yang dialami anak z. Kata kunci : Hipospadia, Pemenuhan kebutuhan rasa aman dan nyaman, nyeri, Teknik distraksi menonton video kartun. Based on records in the PAIS room on the first floor of Gatot Soebroto Hospital, For the last 6 months starting from December 2022-May 2023, the number of patients treated with hypospadias cases was 16 children. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to describe the application of nursing care in children with post op H2 hypospadias in meeting the needs of a sense of security and comfort. Method : the design of this case study is descriptive. The subject in the case study in this scientific paper is a child with the initials Z with post op hypospadias, male, aged 3 years 8 months. The data collection techniques used in this study were anamnesis technique, observation and physical examination. Results : the distraction technique of watching cartoon videos in general is very effective given to preschool-aged children with post op hypospadias.before the distraction technique was given, the pain scale on the first day was 5, the second day was 3, the third day was 2. After the intervention, the pain scale of the first day was 3, the second day was 2 and the third day was 0. Conclusion : The effectiveness of watching cartoon videos can be proven by a decrease in the intensity of pain experienced by children.
