Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Adi Gunawan Program Studi : DIII Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Tindakan Ambulasi Dini Untuk Mengatasi Nyeri Pada Pasien Tn. F Dengan Ca Recti Post Operasi Laparatomi di Ruang IV Paviliun Eri Soedewo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Latar Belakang : Kanker kolorektal adalah suatu tumor maligna yang muncul dari jaringan epitel dari kolon atau rektum. Kanker kolorektal ditujukan pada tumor ganas yang ditemukan di kolon dan rektum. Salah satu intervensi keperawatan untuk menurunkan intensitas nyeri dengan ambulasi dini. Metode : Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, Observasi, Pemeriksaan Fisik dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien Ca Recti Post Operasi Laparatomi berusia 68 tahun. Mengalami nyeri sedang dengan kesadaran pasien composmentis. Tujuan : Tujuan dari studi kasus ini mengaplikasikan intensitas nyeri pada pasien untuk memberikan gambaran kepada Tn.F yang terdiagnosa Ca Recti Post Operasi Laparatomi dalam mengurangi rasa nyeri di ruang IV Paviliun Eri Soedewo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Hasil : Peneliti memberikan Tindakan Ambulasi Dini pada Tn.F dan menunjukan bahwa pasien mengikuti perawatan yang diberikan yaitu dengan Ambulasi Dini (miring kanan miring kiri di atas tempat tidur), pasien mengatakan Nyeri sudah sedikit berkurang walaupun terkadang masih suka sakit. Kesimpulan: Setelah dilakukan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan melakukan pemberian Tindakan Ambulasi Dini pada Tn.F dengan Ca Recti post Operasi Laparatomi selama 3X24 jam yaitu kualitas nyeri pada pasien berkurang. Colorectal cancer refers to malignant tumors found in the colon and rectum. Methods: Methods of data collection by interview, observation, physical examination and documentation study. In this study, Ca Recti Post Laparotomy patients aged 68 years. Experiencing moderate pain with composmentis patient consciousness. Purpose: The purpose of this case study is to apply pain intensity to patients to provide an overview to Mr. F who was diagnosed with Ca Recti Post Laparotomy Operation in reducing pain in room IV of the Eri Soedewo Pavilion Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Results: The researcher gave Early Ambulation Actions to Mr. F and showed that the patient followed the treatment given, namely Early Ambulation (tilting right, tilting left on the bed), the patient said the pain had decreased slightly, although sometimes it still hurts. Conclusion: After conducting the research, it can be concluded that by giving Early Ambulation Actions to Mr. F with Ca Recti after Laparotomy surgery for 3X24 hours, the quality of pain in patients is reduced.
