Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Nadila Aisyah Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Terapi Bermain Menggambar Pada An. M Dengan Diare Dalam Masalah Ansietas Di Ruang PAIS Lantai II RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Kesehatan adalah suatu keadaan dimana tidak hanya terbebas dari penyakit atau kelemahan, tetapi juga adanya keseimbangan antara fungsi fisik, mental, dan sosial. Kesehatan sangat diperlukan bagi seorang anak, terutama anak prasekolah yang sering mengalami berbagai macam penyakit seperti diare. Diare merupakan pengeluaran feses dengan konsistensinya lembek sampai dengan cair sebanyak lebih dari 3 kali sehari. Anak dengan diare yang mengalami hospitalisasi harus beradaptasi dengan lingkungan asing, sehingga anak mengalami ansietas diakibatkan adanya perpisahan dan ketakutan karena tinggal di lingkungan asing, serta rasa sakit pada tubuh anak. Penanganan anak dengan ansietas karena hospitalisasi diperlukan terapi bermain. Terapi bermain menggambar salah satu permainan yang memberikan kesempatan anak untuk bebas berekspresi untuk menghindari rasa bosan. Tujuannya dilakukan studi kasus untuk mengetahui tingkat ansietas pada anak dengan hospitalisasi. Metode yang dilakukan dalam studi kasus adalah rancangan deskriptif, anak yang mengalami hospitalisasi diperlukan suatu media yang dapat mengungkapkan rasa cemas salah satunya terapi bermain menggambar. Hasil dari studi kasus didapatkan bahwa penerapan terapi menggambar dapat menurunkan tingkat ansietas pada anak dengan diare akibat hospitalisasi. Kesimpulan studi kasus penerapan terapi bermain menggambar efektif dalam menurunkan ansietas pada anak dengan diare di Ruang PAIS Lantai II RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terapi bermain menggambar dapat mengalihkan fokus anak pada rasa sakit dan tindakan yang akan dialami oleh anak. Handling children with anxiety due to hospitalization requires play therapy. Drawing play therapy is a game that gives children the opportunity to freely express themselves to avoid boredom. The aim is to do a case study to determine the level of anxiety in children with hospitalization. The method used in the case study is a descriptive design, children who experience hospitalization need a medium that can express anxiety, one of which is play drawing therapy. The results of the case study found that the application of drawing therapy can reduce the level of anxiety in children with diarrhea due to hospitalization. The case study concludes that the application of drawing play therapy is effective in reducing anxiety in children with diarrhea in the PAIS Room on the second floor of the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital.
