Abstract

ABSTRAK viii Nama : Muhammad Arfandi Ramadhan Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : “Penerapan Slimber Ice Cube’s (Mengulum Es Kubus) Sebagai Evidence Based Nursing Practice Untuk Mengurangi Rasa Haus Pada Tn.C Dengan Diagnosa CKD ON HD Stadium 4 Di Lantai VI Paviliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto” Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) merupakan gangguan fungsi ginjal yang progresif dan tidak dapat pulih kembali, dimana tubuh tidak mampu memelihara metabolisme, keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit yang berakibat pada peningkatan ureum. Di Indonesia sendiri peningkatan penderita penyakit ini mencapai angka 20%, sedangkan di provinsi DKI Jakarta merupakan provinsi yang mengalami peningkatan prevalensi PGK (Penyakit Ginjal Kronis) pada penduduk usia 15 tahun (0.45%) jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2013 (0.1%). Tujuan studi adalah menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan dengan penerapan tetapi slimber ice cube’s dalam mengurangi rasa haus pada pasien CKD ON HD. Studi menggunakan desain deskriptif mencakup pengkajian, diagnosis, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukan rasa haus yang klien rasakan menurun, penerapan terapi slimber ice cube’s terbukti dapat mengurangi intensitas rasa haus pada pasien yang terdiagnosis CKD ON HD. Kata kunci : Gagal Ginjal Kronik, Slimber Ice Cube’s, Hipervolemia. ix ABSTRACT Name Study Program Title : Muhammad Arfandi Ramadhan : D3 Nursing : "The Application of Slimber Ice Cube's (Sucking Ice Cubes) As Evidence Based Nursing Practice To Reduce Thirst In Tn.C With A Diagnosis Of CKD ON HD Stage 4 On Floor VI Darmawan Pavilion Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital" Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a progressive and irreversible kidney function disorder, in which the body is unable to maintain metabolism, fluid and electrolyte balance which results in an increase in urea. In Indonesia, the increase in sufferers of this disease has reached 20%, while DKI Jakarta is a province that has an increased prevalence of CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) in people aged 15 years (0.45%) when compared to 2013 (0.1%). The aim of the study was to describe nursing care by applying but slimber ice cube's in reducing thirst in CKD ON HD patients. The study used a descriptive design including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The results show that the thirst that the client feels decreases, the application of slimber ice cube therapy is proven to reduce the intensity of thirst in patients diagnosed with CKD ON HD.
