Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Maula Khoirunnisa Program Studi : DIII Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Ny.N Dengan Fraktur Neck Femur Dextra Post Operasi Bipolar Hemiasthroplasty Dalam Pemberian Terapi Musik Untuk Menurunkan Skala Nyeri Di Lantai V Paviliun Eri Sudewo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. 5 BAB + 61 Halaman + 1 Lampiran + x Latar Belakang Fraktur merupakan terputusnya kontinuitas tulang yang disebabkan oleh trauma atau tidak langsung, Menurut WHO (World Health Organitation) tahun 2016 lebih dari 8 jiwa meninggal dunia karena fraktur. Nyeri post operasi merupakan keluhan pasien tersering di rumah sakit. Penatalaksanaan fraktur dengan pembedahan dapat menyebabkan trauma jaringan yang menimbulkan nyeri, salah satu terapi nonfamakologi terapi musik klasik terhadap tingkat nyeri pada pasien post operasi fraktur. Tujuan Menggambarkan penerapan asuhan keperawatan post operasi Bipolar Hemiasthroplasty pada pasien Fraktur Patologis Neck Femur Dextra dalam menurunkan skala nyeri. Metode Metode yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik pada satu subyek yaitu post operasi Bipolas Hemiasthroplasty Fraktur Patologis Neck Femur Dextra di Ruang Paviliun Eri Sudewo Lantai V Bedah RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Hasil Studi kasus yang telah dilakukan selama 3 hari menunjukan bahwa terapi musik cukup signitifkan mempengaruhi perubahan skala nyeri pada pasien post operasi. Kesimpulan Setelah dilakukan hasil studi kasus dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan terapi musik berpengaruh terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada pasien post operasi. Treatment of fractures with surgery can cause tissue trauma which causes pain. One of the non-pharmacological therapies is classical music therapy on the level of never pain in fractures post operative. Objective Describes the application of nursing care post operative Bipolar surgery Hemiasthroplasty by in Pathological Fracture patients Neck Femur Dextra deep reduce pain levels. Method The method used in this case study is a descriptive method, namely by using data collection techniques by interviewing, observation and physical examination on one subject, namely post operative Bipolar Hemiasthroplasty Patholigical Fracture of the Neck Femur Dextra in the Eri Sudewo Pavilion Room V Floor of Surgery Gatot Soebroto Army Hospitas. Results Case studies that have been carried out for 3 days show that music therapy has a significant effect on changes in pain skala in post operative patients. Conclusion After carrying out the results of the studies, it can be concluded that music therapy has an effect on reducing the skala of never pain in post oprative patients.
