Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Lintang Permatasari Program Studi : D-III Keperawatan Judul : Asuhan Keperawatan Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Mobilisasi Pada Pasien Tn.T Dengan Fraktur Neck Femur Di Lantai V Paviliun Eri Soedewo RSPAD GATOT SOEBROTO Fraktur Neck Femur adalah tempat cidera ekstremitas gerak bawah yang memiliki potensi tinggi terkena fraktur pada lanjut usia. Insiden fraktur neck femur bervariasi terhadap ras. Fraktur neck femur intensitasnya lebih sering terjadi pada populasi berkulit putih di Amerika Utara dan Eropa. Kejadian dapat meningkat seiring dengan usia yang bertambah (Dharmayuda, 2018). Masalah yang sering muncul setelah pasien dari operasi yaitu keterbatasan gerak (hambatan mobilitas). Mobilisasi adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk bergerak secara bebas, mudah dan teratur yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah deskriptif yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik dengan satu subyek yaitu satu pasien dengan Fraktur Neck Femur dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan mobilisasi di Ruang Perawatan Pavilliun Eri Soedewo Lantai V RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Hasil studi kasus yang telah dilakukan selama 3 hari menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik dengan rutin melakukan mobilisasi sehari 2 kali. Kesimpulan dapat disimpulan bahwa dengan melakukan latihan mobilisasi secara rutin dapat mengembalikan kekuatan otot untuk bergerak pasca operasi. Femur Neck Fracture is a place of lower limb injury that has a high potential for fracture in the elderly. The incidence of femoral neck fractures varies by race. Fractures of the femoral neck are more common in white populations in North America and Europe. The incidence may increase with increasing age (Dharmayuda, 2018). The problem that often arises after patients from surgery is limited movement (mobility barriers). Mobilization is a person's ability to move freely, easily and regularly with the aim of meeting the needs of a healthy life. Research methods The method used in this paper is descriptive, namely by using data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and physical examination with one subject, namely one patient with a Femur Neck Fracture in fulfilling the need for mobilization in Room V Floor of the Eri Soedewo Pavillion Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. The results of the case study that was carried out for 3 days showed quite good results with routine mobilization 2 times a day. The conclusion can be concluded that by doing mobilization exercises regularly can restore muscle strength to move after surgery.
