Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama Program Studi Judul : Ayu Afriliyanti Eka Putri : D-III Keperawatan : Penerapan Terapi Musik Klasik pada An. A Dengan Hipospadia Pasca Operasi Urethroplasty Dengan Masalah Nyeri Akut di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Kesehatan melibatkan seluruh siklus kehidupan, mulai dari masa bayi, hingga usia lanjut. Khusus pada anak aspek kesehatan mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak. Salah satunya pada anak hipospadia. Penanganan hipospadia salah satunya dengan operasi urethroplasty yang memberikan dampak nyeri pada anak. Terapi musik klasik merupakan salah satu penanganan untuk mengatasi nyeri akut pada anak dengan hipospadia. Tujuan dalam studi kasus ini menggambarkan penerapan terapi musik klasik pada An. A dengan hipospadia pasca operasi urethroplasty dengan masalah nyeri akut. Desain studi kasus menggunakan desain deskriptif menggambarkan penerapan terapi musik klasik pada An. A dengan hipospadia pasca operasi urethroplasty dengan masalah nyeri akut. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan hasil pemeriksaan penunjang. Subjek studi kasus adalah An. A berusia 6 tahun. Studi kasus dilaksanakan selama 3 hari, pada tanggal 04 Mei s.d 06 Mei 2023 di Ruang PAIS Lantai I RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan anak lebih tenang dan nyaman tertidur, skor FLACC berkurang dari 5 menjadi 1. Kesimpulan pada studi kasus adalah penerapan terapi musik klasik efektif menurunkan intensitas nyeri akut pada An. A hipospadia pasca operasi urethroplasty di Ruang PAIS Lantai 1 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Especially in children, health aspects affect children's growth and development. One of them is in hypospadias children. Treatment of hypospadias is one of them with urethroplasty surgery which has an impact on pain in children. Classical music therapy is one treatment to overcome acute pain in children with hypospadias. The objectives in this case study illustrate the application of classical music therapy to An. A with Pascaoperative hypospadias urethroplasty with acute pain problems. The case study design uses a descriptive design describing the application of classical music therapy to An. A with Pascaoperative hypospadias urethroplasty with acute pain problems. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and supporting examination results. The subject of the case study is An. A 6 years old. The case study was carried out for 3 days, from May 4 to May 6, 2023 in the PAIS Room on the first floor of Gatot Soebroto Hospital. The results of the case study showed that children were calmer and more comfortable falling asleep, FLACC scores were reduced from 5 to 1. The conclusion in the case study is that the application of classical music therapy is effective in reducing the intensity of acute pain in An.
