Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Farida Nur Afifah Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Asuhan Keperawatan pada Tn.S dengan masalah mobilisasi pasca tindakan operasi dekompresi stabilisasi Di Paviliun Eri Soedewo Lantai IV RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Spinal Stenosis Thorakal adalah pengurangan kapasitas kanal tulang belakang toraks dengan kompresi terkait sumsum tulang belakang dan (atau) akar saraf yang menimbulkan berbagai gejala klinis. Yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan aliran cairan atau gas disertai penekanan pada komponen padatnya (struktur saraf), bila tidak terjadi penekanan maka kanalnya dikatakan mengalami penyempitan namun bukan stenosis. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan pada Tn.S dengan Spinal Stenosis Thorakal dalam pemenuhan dukungan mobilisasi Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah dekriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus pasien Spinal Thoracal dalam pemenuhan dukungan mobilisasi di lantai IV Paviliun Eri Soedewo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post op laminektomi yang mengalami gangguan mobilitas fisik dilakukan tindakan dukungan mobilisasi dini yaitu ; melatih klien untuk menggerakan kepala ke arah kanan dan kiri, melatih klien untuk kuat berposisi fowler, melatih otot tubuh klien untuk mampu miring ke posisi kanan dan kiri, dan melatih kekuatan otot kaki klien agar dapat menaikan posisi kaki sedikit demi sedikit. Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus yang telah dilakukan kepada Tn.S dengan masalah gangguan mobilitas fisik. Hasil dari dilakukannya perawatan selama tiga hari pasien mengatakan bahwa ia mampu menggerakan anggota tubuhnya yang telah dilatih yaitu kepala, kaki dan tubuh kilen. Kata Kunci : Asuhan Keperawatan, Spinal Stenosis Thorakal, Gangguan Mobilitas Fisik, Dukungan Mobilisasi. The purpose of this paper is the Application of Nursing Care in Tn.S with Spinal Thoracal Stenosis in fulfilling mobilization support The research method used by the author is descriptive using a case study approach to spinal thoracic patients in fulfilling mobilization support on the fourth floor of the Eri Soedewo Pavilion Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital The results of the case study show that the management of nursing care in post op laminectomy patients who experience impaired physical mobility is carried out by supporting early mobilization measures, namely; train the client to move the head to the right and left, train the client to be strong in the Fowler's position, train the client's body muscles to be able to tilt to the right and left, and train the strength of the client's leg muscles so that they can raise the position of the foot little by little. Based on the results of case studies that have been conducted on Mr.S with impaired physical mobility. The results of the treatment for three days the patient said that he was able to move his limbs that had been trained, namely the head, legs and client's body.
