Abstract

ABSTRAK STIKes RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Karya Tulis Ilmiah, 10 Juli 2023 Laili Tohir “PENERAPAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA NY. P DENGAN CA TIROID POST TOTAL TIROIDEKTOMI DENGAN METODE PERAWATAN LUKA MODERN UNTUK MENGURANGI RISIKO INFEKSI DI LANTAI IV PAVILIUN ERI SOEDEWO RSPAD GATOT SOEBROTO”. V BAB + 46 Halaman + 2 lampiran + X Ca Tiroid adalah suatu keganasan (pertumbuhan tidak terkontrol dari sel) yang terjadi pada kelenjar Tiroid yang merupakan kanker endokrin terbanyak. Tiroid yang terletak di bawah laring dan di atas trakea yang terdiri dari folikel-folikel yang berisi koloid yang di dalamnya mengandung hormon-hormon Tiroid yang berguna bagi tubuh dan tergolong bagian dari head and neck cancer. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah dapat memahami Penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada Ny. P dengan Ca Tiroid Post Total Tiroidektomi dengan metode perawatan luka modern untuk mengurangi risiko infeksi di ruang perawatan lantai IV Paviliun Eri Soedewo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode dekriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus asuhan keperawatan. Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan setelah dilakukan perawatan luka dengan tekhnik aseptik dan antiseptik selama 3 hari, luka pada Ny. P tampak mulai mengering dan tidak ada tanda tanda infeksi. Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus yang telah dilakukan pada Ny. P dengan Ca Tiroid Post Total Tiroidektomi dengan metode perawatan luka modern untuk mengurangi risiko infeksi, maka Setelah dilakukan pengkajian dan analisa data pada klien dengan diagnosa medis Ca Tiroid dengan Post Total Tiroidektomi pada Ny. P di ruang perawatan lantai IV Paviliun Eri Soedewo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto di dapatkan masalah keperawatan yaitu risiko infeksi berhubungan masuknya mikroorganisme sekunder terhadap Post Total Tiroidektomi. Dalam upaya mengatasi maslah tersebut dilakukan pemberian tindakan perawatan luka dengan aseptic dan antiseptik untuk mencengah terjadinya infeksi. V CHAPTER + 46 Pages + 2 appendices + X Thyroid Ca is a malignancy (uncontrolled growth of cells) that occurs in the thyroid gland which is the most common endocrine cancer. The thyroid is located below the larynx and above the trachea which consists of colloid-filled follicles which contain thyroid hormones that are useful for the body and are classified as part of the thyroid gland.head and neck cancer. The purpose of this writing is to understand the application of nursing care to Mrs. P with Ca Thyroid Post Total Thyroidectomy with modern wound care methods to reduce the risk of infection in the IV floor treatment room of the Eri Soedewo Pavilion Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. This research method is a descriptive method using a case study approach to nursing care. The results of the case study showed that after treating the wound with aseptic and antiseptic techniques for 3 days, the wound on Mrs. P seemed to start drying up and there were no signs of infection. Based on the results of the case studies that have been conducted on Mrs. P with Thyroid Ca Post Total Thyroidectomy with modern wound care methods to reduce the risk of infection, then after conducting an assessment and analysis of data on clients with a medical diagnosis of Ca Thyroidectomy with Post Total Thyroidectomy on Ny. P in the treatment room on the fourth floor of the Eri Soedewo Pavilion, Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital, received a nursing problem, namely the risk of infection related to the entry of secondary microorganisms to Post Total Thyroidectomy.
