Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Widiaati Astifa Luthfiyah Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : “Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan Nyeri Pada Tn. A (Fraktur Patologi Femur Sinistra) Dengan Kompres Dingin Di Paviliun Ery Sadewo Lantai V Rspad Gatot Soebroto” Fraktur atau yang sering dikenal oleh masyarakat yaitu patah tulang. Berdasarkan fragmen tulang yang mengalami cidera dan berhubungan dengan bagian lainnya fraktur dapat dibedakan menjadi fraktur terbuka, fraktur tertutup, fraktur komplit dan fraktur patologis. Upaya untuk mengatasi nyeri dengan fraktur tidak hanya dengan mengkonsumsi obat-obatan, tetapi juga dilakukan dengan terapi nonfarmakologi kompres dingin. Tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan terapi nonfarmakologi dengan kompres dingin untuk mengurangi nyeri dengan penyakit Pathological Fr Left Femur. Metode yang digunakan adalah desktiptif dalam bentuk studi kasus yang mengeksplorasi suatu masalah asuhan keperawatan pada klien yang mengalami Phatologic Fr Left Femur di Paviliun Ery Sadewo Lantai V RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Subjek dalam studi kasus ini adalah Tn. A dengan penerapan terapi nonfarmakologi kompres dingin. Pada studi kasus ini didapatkan hasil keluhan nyeri pada klien berkurang dengan skala 3 saat dilakukan kompres dingin selama 10-20 menit. Berdasarkan uraian diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan asuhan keperawatan dalam pemberian teknik nonfarmakologi kompres dingin dapat mengurangi intensitas nyeri akut kategori sedang secara bertahap jika tindakan tersebut dilakukan secara berulang. Attempts to treat pain with fractures are not only by taking drugs, but also by non-pharmacological cold compress therapy. The aim is to find out how to apply non-pharmacological therapy with cold compresses to reduce pain with Pathological Fr Left Femur. The method used is descriptive in the form of a case study that explores a problem of nursing care for clients who experience phatologic Fr Left Femur at the Ery Sadewo Pavilion, Floor V RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. The subject in this case study is Mr. A with the application of cold compress nonpharmacological therapy. In this case study, it was found that the results of complaints of pain on clients were reduced by a scale of 3 when cold compresses were applied for 10-20. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the application of nursing care in providing techniques Non-pharmacological cold compresses can reduce the intensity of acute pain in the moderate category gradually if the procedure is repeated.
