Abstract

Penerapan Cuci Tangan menggunakan cairan antiseptik Pada Perawatan Luka Untuk Mencegah Infeksi Pasien Tn.A Dengan Fraktur Humerus Sinistra Di Lantai V Paviliun Eri Sadewo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Latar Belakang : Fraktur biasanya terjadi karena cedera, trauma, atau rudapaksa dimana penyebab utamanya yaitu trauma langsung yang mengenai tulang. Fraktur merupakan terputusnya kontinuitas jaringan pada tulang yang terjadi karena trauma atau tekanan yang berlebihan pada tulang sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya patah tulang. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan terkait dengan intervensi cuci tangan enam langkah pada perawatan luka untuk mencegah infeksi pada pasien fraktur humerus sinistra. Metode : Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yang berbentuk studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan tanya jawab kepada pasien, keluarga pasien, serta perawat yang bertanggung jawab menangani dan mengetahui masalah atau keluhan pasien. Proses asuhan keperawatan dilakukan pada tanggal 23 Mei 2023 di Lantai V Paviliun Eri Sadewo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Hasil : Hasil dari studi kasus ini yaitu setelah melakukan penerapan cuci tangan enam langkah pada pasien Tn.A tidak terjadi infeksi pada luka operasi. Kesimpulan : Penerapan cuci tangan enam langkah pada perawatan luka tampak efektif untuk mencegah infeksi pada luka post operasi ORIF (open reduction internal fixation). Background :Fractures usually occur due to injury, trauma, or forced injuries where the main cause is direct trauma to the bone. Fracture is a break in the continuity of tissue in the bone that occurs due to trauma or excessive pressure on the bone resulting in a fracture. The purpose of this paper is to provide nursing care related to the six-step hand washing intervention in wound care to prevent infection in patients with left humeral fractures. Method :The method used in this study is to use a descriptive method in the form of a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, physical examination, and debriefing of patients, patient families, and nurses who are responsible for handling and knowing patient problems or complaints. The nursing care process was carried out on May 23, 2023 on Floor V of the Eri Sadewo Pavilion Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Results :The results of this case study are that after implementing the six-step hand washing in Mr. A's patient there was no infection in the surgical wound. Conclusion :The application of six-step hand washing in wound care appears to be effective in preventing wound infection post operation ORIF (open reduction internal fixation).
