Abstract

Penerapan Terapi Musik Klasik Terhadap Nyeri Post Operasi Laparoskopi Pada Pasien Ny.L Dengan Kholelithiasis Di Lantai Paviliun Eri Soedewo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Latar Belakang : Cholelithiasis atau yang sering disebut batu empedu merupakan material atau kristal yang terbentuk didalam kandung empedu atau di dalam saluran empedu, atau pada kedua-duanya. Data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2018 menunjukan bahwa prevalensi cholelithiasis pada dewasa adalah sebesar 15.4%. Tujuan: Mendapatkan gambaran tentang asuhan keperawatan pada Ny. L dengan tindakan post operasi laparascopy untuk mengatasi nyeri dengan melaksanakan terapi musik. Metode: Desain studi yang digunakan pada saat penelitian adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus yang mepelajari suatu masalah asuhan keperawatan pada pasien yang mengalami kolelithiasis di Lantai V Pavilliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Hasil: Studi kasus yang telah dilakukan selama 2 hari menunjukkan bahwa pemberian terapi musik cukup signifikan untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri pada pasien post operasi. Kemsimpulan: setelah dilakukan hasil studi kasus dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan pemberian terapi musik post operasi berpengaruh untuk mengurangi nyeri pada pasien. Background: Cholelithiasis or often called gallstones are materials or crystals that form in the gallbladder or in the bile ducts, or in both. Basic Health Research Data (Riskesdas) in 2018 shows that the prevalence of cholelithiasis in adults is 15.4%. Objective: Get an overview of nursing care for Mrs. L with laparascopy postoperative action to manage pain by carrying out music therapy. Method: The study design used at the time of research was descriptive in the form of a case study that studied a nursing care problem in patients who experienced cholelithiasis on the V Floor of Pavilliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Results: A case study that has been conducted for 2 days shows that the administration of music therapy is significant enough to reduce pain in postoperative patients. Conclusion: after the results of the case study can be concluded that with the provision of post music therapy effect to reduce pain in patients.
