Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Rhegita Bunga Ramadhanti Program Studi : S1 Kebidanan Judul : Pengaruh Edukasi Media Video tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja Terhadap Pengetahuan Pencegahan Penyakit Menular Seksual di SMA Negeri 2 Cileungsi Tahun 2024. Latar Belakang Kesehatan reproduksi adalah kondisi sehat secara fisik, mental, dan sosial terkait fungsi dan proses reproduksi. Pengetahuan remaja Indonesia tentang kesehatan reproduksi masih rendah, dengan 73,46% remaja laki-laki dan 75,6% remaja perempuan usia 15-19 tahun belum memadai. Data BKKBN 2019 menunjukkan 54% remaja Jabodetabek pernah melakukan hubungan seksual pranikah. Di Jawa Barat, terdapat 121.250 kasus HIV (2021) dan 9.710 kasus IMS (2023). Siswa kelas XII, berada pada fase kritis menuju kedewasaan, membutuhkan edukasi tentang kesehatan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur pengaruh edukasi video tentang kesehatan reproduksi terhadap pengetahuan pencegahan IMS di SMA Negeri 2 Cileungsi tahun 2024. Metode Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-experimental, rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu one group pre-test post-test. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas XII di SMAN 2 Cileungsi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin, sebesar 72 responden diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil analisis di uji normalitas menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan uji Wilcoxon, terakhir dilakukan uji Paired T-test. Hasil Berdasarkan uji Paired T-test didapatkan hasil nilai p (signifikasi) sebesar 0,001 untuk KRR dan 0,004 untuk pencegahan PMS lebih kecil dari taraf signifikasi 0,05. Kesimpulan Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari edukasi media video tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja terhadap pengetahuan pencegahan penyakit menular seksual pada siswa siswi kelas XII. Introduction Reproductive health is a condition of physical, mental, and social health related to reproductive function and process. Indonesian adolescents' knowledge of reproductive health is still low, with 73.46% of adolescent boys and 75.6% of adolescent girls aged 15-19 years inadequate. BKKBN 2019 data shows that 54% of Greater Jakarta teenagers have had premarital sexual intercourse. In West Java, there are 121,250 cases of HIV (2021) and 9,710 cases of STIs (2023). Grade XII students, in a critical phase towards adulthood, need education about sexual health. This study aims to measure the influence of video education about reproductive health on STI prevention knowledge at SMA Negeri 2 Cileungsi in 2024. Method Quantitative research method with pre-experimental research design, the research design used is one group pre-test post-test. The population in this study is grade XII students at SMAN 2 Cileungsi. Sampling using the slovin formula, 72 respondents were taken using the simple random sampling technique. The results of the analysis in the normality test used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and the Wilcoxon test, and finally the Paired T-test was carried out. Results Based on the Paired T-test, the results of the p value (significance) of 0.001 for KRR and 0.004 for STIs prevention were smaller than the significance level of 0.05. Conclusion This study shows that there is an influence of video media education about adolescent reproductive health on knowledge of sexually transmitted disease prevention in grade XII students.
