Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Frida Marlita Program Studi : S1 Kebidanan Judul :Hubungan Peran Suami Dengan Pemberian ASI Pada Ibu Nifas Di klinik Bidan Ria Yulisa Kabupaten Bogor Tahun 2024 Latar Belakang Pemberian ASI pada saat masa nifas merupakan awal dari penegluaran ASI yang diberikan segera setelah bayi lahir hingga 42 hari pascapersalinan tanpa tambahan makanan. Keterlibatan suami sangat penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi ibu untuk memberikan ASI. Produksi ASI yang cukup memerlukan hubungan tiga arah yang harmonis antara ayah, ibu dan bayi. Kurangnya dukungan yang diberikan suami terkesan seperti tidak perduli sehingga membuat ibu stres. Hal ini terjadi di daerah bogor dengan data pemberian ASI pada tahun 2023, terdapat 16,7% ibu yang tidak memberikan ASI pada bayinya di karenakan ASI tidak lancar. Tujuan: penelitiaan ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran suami dengan pemebrian ASI di pada ibu nifas di klinik bidan ria yulisa kabupaten bogor. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa korelasional dengan cara cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama bulan Desember 2024 di Klinik Bidan Ria Yulisa Kabupaten Bogor. Responden yang dibutuhkan merupakan ibu nifas yang tinggal bersama suaminya. Hasil Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pengujian melalui chi square bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pada peran suami dengan pemberian ASI pada ibu nifas. Hal ini di tunjukkan dari nilai p value 0,001 < 0,05. Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan peran suami denganpemberian ASI pada ibu nifas dengan nilai p value = 0,001 di klinik bidan Ria Yulisa Kabupaten Bogor Tahun 2024. Saran: penelitian ini dapat memberi informasi kepada responden mengenai pentingnya hubungan peran suami dengan pemberian ASI pada ibu nifas. Husband's involvement is very important in increasing the mother's motivation to breastfeed. Sufficient breast milk production requires a harmonious three-way relationship between father, mother and baby. The lack of support given by the husband seems like he doesn't care, which makes the mother stressed. This happened in the Bogor area with data on breastfeeding in 2023, there were 16.7% of mothers who did not give breast milk to their babies because breast milk was not flowing smoothly. Objective: This research aims to determine the relationship between the role of the husband and the provision of breast milk among postpartum mothers at the midwife Ria Yulisa clinic, Bogor district Method This research is a type of quantitative research with the research method used in the form of correlational using a cross sectional method. This research was conducted during December 2024 at the Midwife Ria Yulisa Clinic, Bogor Regency. The respondents needed are postpartum mothers who live with their husbands. Results The results of research carried out through chi square testing show that there is a significant relationship between the role of the husband and breastfeeding for postpartum mothers. This is shown by the p value of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion There is a relationship between the role of the husband and the provision of breast milk to postpartum mothers with a p value = 0.00 at the Ria Yulisa midwife clinic, Bogor Regency in 2024. Suggestion: this research can provide information to respondents regarding the importance of the relationship between the husband's role and breastfeeding for postpartum mothers.
