Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama Program Studi Judul : Desi Ayuningtiyas Pratiwi : Sarjana Keperawatan :Hubungan Beban Kerja Dengan Kinerja Perawat Di Ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RSUD Koja Tahun 2024 Latar Belakang : Beban kerja dapat mempengaruhi pekerjaan seorang perawat dimana perkerjaan tersebut sudah melebihi kapasitas atau kemampuan perawat dalam bekerja dan faktor penyebab rendahnya kinerja perawat adalah perawat kurangnya tenaga dalam bekerja dari yang diinginkan, misalnya karena beban kerja yang diemban oleh perawat terbilang berat karena banyaknya jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukannya, serta penghasilan yang diterimanya masih kurang sehingga menyulitkan setiap perawat dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Metode : Desain penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel diambil secara Total sampling sebanyak 52 responden. Hasil : Responden yang memiliki beban kerja yang sedang 21 responden (40,4%), dan sedangkan responden yang memiliki kinerja yang cukup 23 responden (55,8%). Dari analisis statistic menggunakan uji Chi-Square didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,001. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan uji Chi-Square menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja pada perawat ICU RSUD Koja Tahun 2024. Kata Kunci: Perawat, Beban Kerja, Kinerja ABSTRAK Nama : Desi Ayuningtiyas Pratiwi Study Programme : Bachelor of Nurshing Title : Relationship netween Workload and Nurse Performance in the intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Koja Regional Hospital Introduction : Ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RSUD Koja Tahun 2024 Introduction: Workload can affect a nurse's work where the work has exceeded the nurse's capacity or ability to work and the factor causing low nurse performance is that nurses lack the energy to work from what is desired, for example because the workload carried out by nurses is relatively heavy because of the many types of work they do, and the income they receive is still lacking so that it is difficult for each nurse to carry out their duties. Method: The research design used quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. Samples were taken using Total sampling of 52 respondents. Results: Respondents who had a moderate workload were 21 respondents (40.4%), and while respondents who had sufficient performance were 23 respondents (55.8%). From the statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test, a p-value of 0.001 was obtained. Conclusion: Based on the Chi-Square test, it shows that there is a significant relationship between workload and performance in ICU nurses at Koja Regional Hospital.
