Abstract

Judul : NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) adalah ruangan yang menangani pasien kritis bayi dan bayi yang sedang memerlukan perawatan dan pengobatan yang terbaik. Pentingnya perilaku caring perawat bagi keluarga pasien yaitu dapat membantu memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman sehingga dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan, Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan carative caring perawat dengan kecemasan orang tua pasien di ruang NICU RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Desain Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan correlational/studi korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cros sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu seluruh orang tua di NICU RSPAD Gatot Soebroto sebanyak 20 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner KPCP (Kuesioner Perilaku Caring Perawat) dan Kuesioner ZSAS (Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale). Data Analisa dengan menggunakan uji Rank Spearman. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa orang tua di NICU RSPAD Gatot Soebroto yang mengatakan caring perawat baik yaitu sebanyak 12 responden (60.0%) dan orangtua yang memiliki kecemasan ringan sebanyak sebanyak 14 responden (70.0%). Hasil analisis uji Spearman Rank didapatkan nilai sig. value 0.000 (p ≤ 0.05) yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara caring perawat dengan kecemasan orang tua pasien di NICU RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Angka koefisien korelasi pada hasil diatas bernilai negative (-) yaitu 0.713, sehingga hubungan antar kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang kuat, dan bersifat hubungan yang tidak searah, yang berarti semakin baik caring perawat, maka semakin berkurang kecemasan orang tua pasien. Kata Kunci : Carative Caring Perawat; Kecemasan Orangtua; NICU NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) is a room that handles critically ill infants and babies who require the best care and treatment. The importance of nurses' caring behavior for patients' families is that it can help provide a sense of safety and comfort, thereby reducing anxiety levels. The study aims to determine the relationship between the application of carative caring by nurses and the anxiety of patients' parents in the NICU at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. The design of this research is a quantitative study with a correlational/correlation study using a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique, which included all parents in the NICU of RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, totaling 20 respondents. The research instruments used were the KPCP (Nurse Caring Behavior Questionnaire) and the ZSAS (Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale). Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman Rank test. The results show that parents in the NICU RSPAD Gatot Soebroto who said the nurses' caring was good numbered 12 respondents (60.0%) and parents who had mild anxiety numbered 14 respondents (70.0%). The results of the Spearman Rank test analysis showed a sig. value of 0.000 (p ≤ 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between nurse caring and parental anxiety in the NICU at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. The correlation coefficient in the above results is negative (-) at 0.713, indicating a strong relationship between the two variables, and it is an inverse relationship, meaning that the better the nurse's caring, the less anxiety the parents of the patients experience.
