Abstract

Judul : Hubungan Persepsi Perawat Berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model dengan Penerapan Electronic Medical Record dalam Pendokumentasian Keperawatan di Ruang Rawat Inap Paviliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Latar Belakang: Era globalisasi saat ini memicu terjadinya kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, terutama pada bidang kesehatan. Kemajuan tersebut mempengaruhi pendokumentasia keperawatan yaitu dengan rekam medis berbasis elektronik atau Electronic Medical Record. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi perawat yang ditinjau berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model dengan penerapan Electronic Medical Record dalam pendokumentasian keperawatan. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain analitik melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 60 perawat Ruang Rawat Inap Paviliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan hasil persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kebermanfaatan masing-masing adalah p-value 0,002 dan 0,001 (p-value <0,05). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan persepsi kemudahan (OR Exp (B)=8,396) sebagai faktor persepsi yang lebih berpengaruh dengan penerapan EMR dalam pendokumentasian keperawatan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi kemudahan dan kebermanfaatan perawat berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model dengan penerapan Electronic Medical Record dalam pendokumentasian keperawatan. Rekomendasi bagi manajemen rumah sakit untuk mengatasi tantangan terkait penerapan Electronic Medical Records (EMR), dan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan penggunaan teknologi bagi perawat rawat inap RSPAD Gatot Soebroto dengan mengadakan pelatihan atau seminar guna meningkatkan kompetensi dan motivasi perawat pelaksana. Background: The current era of globalization has triggered advances in science and technology, especially in the health sector. These advances affect nursing documentation, namely with electronic-based medical records or Electronic Medical Records. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses' perceptions based on the Technology Acceptance Model with the application of Electronic Medical Records in nursing documentation. The method in this study is quantitative using an analytic design through a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling with a total of 60 respondents from the Darmawan Pavilion Hospitalization Room of Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. The results of bivariate analysis showed the results of perceived convenience and perceived usefulness, respectively, were p-value 0.002 and 0.001 (p-value <0.05). The results of multivariate analysis showed the perception of convenience (OR Exp (B)=8.396) as a perceptual factor that is more influential with the application of EMR in nursing documentation. The conclusion of the study shows that there is a significant relationship between the perception of ease and usefulness of nurses based on the Technology Acceptance Model with the application of Electronic Medical Record in nursing documentation. Suggestions for hospital management to overcome challenges related to the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and can improve technology use skills for inpatient nurses at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital by conducting training or seminars to improve the competence and motivation of executive nurses.
