Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama Program Studi Judul : Diva Novi Cahyanti : Sarjana Keperawatan : Pengaruh Edukasi Kesehatan Tentang SADARI Melalui Video Terhadap Pengetahuan Wanita Usia Subur Dalam Deteksi Dini Kanker Payudara Di Puskesmas PONED Jatisampurna Kanker payudara merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian tertinggi pada wanita, sehingga deteksi dini melalui pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Namun, tingkat pengetahuan wanita usia subur mengenai SADARI masih tergolong rendah sehingga diperlukan edukasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi SADARI melalui media video terhadap pengetahuan wanita usia subur di Puskesmas PONED Jatisampurna. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif desain pre-eksperimental dan pendekatan one group pre-test post-test. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari kuesioner pengetahuan SADARI dan lembar observasi. Analisis data meliputi uji normalitas Shapiro–Wilk dan uji Paired T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pengetahuan responden meningkat dari 49,33 pada pre-test menjadi 80,12 pada post-test. Uji Paired T-Test menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan edukasi video SADARI terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan wanita usia subur di Puskesmas PONED Jatisampurna. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara edukasi kesehatan tentang SADARI melalui video terhadap pengetahuan wanita usia subur dalam deteksi dini kanker payudara di Puskesmas PONED Jatisampurna. However, the level of knowledge among women of childbearing age about BSE is still relatively low, so education is needed. This study aims to determine the effect of BSE education through video media on the knowledge of women of childbearing age at the PONED Jatisampurna Community Health Center. The research method used a quantitative pre-experimental design and a one-group pre-test post-test approach. The sample consisted of 30 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The research instruments consisted of a SADARI knowledge questionnaire and an observation sheet. Data analysis included the Shapiro–Wilk normality test and the Paired T-Test. The results showed that the average knowledge score of the respondents increased from 49.33 in the pre-test to 80.12 in the post-test. The Paired T-Test yielded a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that there was a significant effect of SADARI video education on increasing the knowledge of women of childbearing age at the PONED Jatisampurna Community Health Center. The conclusion shows that there is an effect between health education about SADARI through videos and the knowledge of women of childbearing age in the early detection of breast cancer at the PONED Jatisampurna Community Health Center.
