Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Nabella Novac Program Studi : S1 Keperawatan Judul : Efektivitas Edukasi Berbasis Video Animasi Terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Dalam Mencegah Kekurangan Energi Kronik (Kek) Di Puskesmas Kecamatan Koja Jakarta Utara Latar belakang: kekurangan energi kronik (KEK) pada ibu hamil masih menjadi masalah gizi yang menjadi salah satu penyebab gangguan kesehatan ibu dan bayi, seperti terjadinya anemia, komplikasi selama kehamilan, serta bayi dengan berat badan lahir rendah. Kasus KEK masih dijumpai di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, salah satunya di Puskesmas Kecamatan Koja. Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pemenuhan gizi seimbang selama kehamilan menjadi salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam terjadinya KEK. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan metode edukasi yang efektif, menarik, dan mudah dipahami, salah satunya melalui penggunaan video animasi. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre-test dan post-test. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Koja dengan melibatkan 86 ibu hamil sebagai responden. Tingkat pengetahuan diukur pre dan post sesudah pemberian edukasi menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil pre edukasi. Nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 66,69, dan meningkat menjadi 86,05 saat post-test. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan perbedaan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi. Kesimpulan: edukasi menggunakan media video animasi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai pencegahan Kekurangan Energi Kronik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Koja. Cases of CED are still are found in various regions of Indonesia, including at the Koja District Public Health Center. Insufficient knowledge of pregnant women regarding balanced nutrition during pregnancy is one of the contributing factors to the occurrence of CED. Therefore, effective, engaging, and easily understood educational methods are needed, one of which is the use of animated video media. Methods: This study employed a pre-experimental design with a one group pre-test and post-test approach. The study was conducted at the Koja District Public Health Center and involved 86 pregnant women as respondents. Knowledge levels were measured before and after the educational intervention using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The results showed an improvement in pregnant women’s knowledge after the educational intervention. The mean pre-test score was 66.69, which increased to 86.05 in the post-test. The Wilcoxon test indicated a significant difference in knowledge levels before and after the educational intervention. Conclusion: Education using animated video media has a significant effect on improving pregnant women’s knowledge regarding the prevention of Chronic Energy Deficiency at the Koja District Public Health Center.
