Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Devi Putri Widayati Prodi : DIII Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Terapi Musik Klasik Mozart Dalam Menurunkan Nyeri Pada Pasien Post PCI Dengan Coronary Arteri Disease Di Ruang Perawatan Lantai III Paviliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Latar Belakang : Penyakit arteri koroner atau Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) merupakan penyakit kardiovaskular akibat penyempitan arteri koroner yang dapat menyebabkan iskemia miokard. Salah satu tindakan penatalaksanaan CAD adalah Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). Namun, pasien post PCI sering mengalami nyeri akibat prosedur tindakan invasif. Penatalaksanaan nyeri tidak hanya dilakukan secara farmakologis, tetapi juga dapat menggunakan terapi nonfarmakologis seperti terapi musik klasik Mozart.Tujuan :mengetahui penerapan terapi musik klasik Mozart dalam menurunkan skala nyeri pada pasien post PCI dengan CAD di Ruang Perawatan Lantai III Paviliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Metode : penelitian menggunakan desain studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif pada satu pasien post PCI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi selama tiga hari. Intervensi diberikan berupa terapi musik klasik Mozart selama 20–30 menit menggunakan headset dengan volume sedang. Hasil : penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan skala nyeri dari skala 4 menjadi skala 1 setelah pemberian terapi musik. One of the management procedures for CAD is Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). However, post-PCI patients often experience pain due to the invasive procedure. Pain management is not only carried out pharmacologically but can also involve non-pharmacological therapies such as Mozart classical music therapy. Objective :This study to determine the implementation of Mozart classical music therapy in reducing pain scale among post-PCI patients with CAD in the Third Floor Darmawan Pavilion Ward at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Methods: This Study employed a qualitative descriptive case study design involving one post-PCI patient. Data were collected through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and documentation over a period of three days. The intervention consisted of Mozart classical music therapy administered for 20–30 minutes using a headset at moderate volume. Results : The study showed a decrease in pain scale from 4 to 1 after the music therapy intervention.Conclusion : Mozart classical music therapy was effective in promoting relaxation and reducing pain intensity in post-PCI patients.
