Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Elsha Amalia Ally Program Studi : DIII Keperawatan Judul : PENERAPAN PIJAT KAKI DALAM MENURUNKAN SKALA NYERI PADA PASIEN KANKER ENDROMETRIUM POST SURGICAL STAGING DI RSPAD GATOT SOEBROTO Post surgical staging adalah tindakan operasi yang dilakukan untuk menentukan Tingkat penyebaran penyakit, terutama pada kasus kanker ginekologi. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), tingkat penyebaran penyakit dengan hasil yang cukup akurat yaitu sekitar 85-95%. Selain itu, data diruang perawatan lantai II pavilion dr. Iman Sujudi RSPAD Gatot Soebroto menunjukkan terdapat 86 pasien yang menjalani post surgical staging selama periode oktober 2025 sampai April 2026. Setelah menjalani operasi, pasien umumnya merasakan nyeri akibat adanya luka pasca operasi. Nyeri pasca operasi merupakan masalah yang sering dialami oleh pasien setelah menjalani tindakan pembedahan, termasuk pada pasien post surgical staging. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan pijat kaki dalam menurunkan skala nyeri pada pasien post surgical staging di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif melalui studi kasus dengan intervensi yang diberikan berupa pijat kaki selama 10 –15 menit. Hasil dari studi kasus ini menunjukan adanya penurunan intensitas skala nyeri dari skala 7 (nyeri berat) menjadi 2 (nyeri ringan) setelah dilakukan pemberian pijat kaki selama 3 hari. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pijat kaki efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri pada pasien post surgical staging secara non-farmakologis. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the rate of disease spread with fairly accurate results is around 85 - 95%. In addition, data from the treatment room on the second floor of the Dr. Iman Sujudi pavilion at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital showed that 86 patients underwent post-surgical staging during the period of October 2025 to april 2026. After undergoing surgery, patients generally experience pain due to postoperative wounds. Post-operative pain is a common problem experienced by patients after undergoing surgery, including post-surgical staging patients. The purpose of this case study is to determine the application of foot massage in reducing pain levels in post-surgical staging patients at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. The method used is a descriptive approach through a case study with the intervention given in the form of a pijat kaki for 10 - 15 minutes. The results of this case study show a decrease in pain intensity on the scale from a scale of 7 (severe pain) to 2 (mild pain) after 3 days of foot massage.
