Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Natika Najmus Sahar Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Terapi Pijat Endorphin Terhadap Intensitas Nyeri Pada Ny. C Dengan PostPartum Sectio Caesarea di Pavilin dr. Iman Sudjudi Lantai 1 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Latar Belakang : Sectio Caesarea (SC) merupakan tindakan pembedahan yang dapat menimbulkan nyeri pasca operasi akibat trauma pada dinding abdomen dan uterus. Nyeri post Sectio Caesarea dapat mengganggu mobilisasi, istirahat, proses menyusui, serta memperlambat pemulihan ibu pada masa nifas. Salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu mengurangi nyeri adalah teknik pijat endorphin yang bekerja melalui stimulasi pelepasan hormon endorphin sebagai analgesik alami tubuh. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan teknik pijat endorphin terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri pada pasien postpartum post Sectio Caesarea di Paviliun dr. Iman Sudjudi Lt.1 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada satu pasien postpartum post Sectio Caesarea. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi rekam medis. Pengkajian nyeri dilakukan menggunakan metode PQRST dan Skala Rating Numerik (NRS), sedangkan intervensi pijat endorphin dilakukan selama observasi 3×24 jam. Kesimpulan : Setelah dilakukan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik pijat endorphin efektif dalam membantu menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada pasien post Sectio Caesarea. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan penurunan skala nyeri, pasien tampak lebih rileks, lebih nyaman, dan mampu melakukan mobilisasi secara lebih baik selama masa pemulihan postpartum. Post-Caesarean Section pain can interfere with mobilization, rest, breastfeeding, and slow down maternal recovery during the postpartum period. One non-pharmacological intervention that can be used to help reduce pain is the endorphin massage technique which works by stimulating the release of endorphin hormones as the body's natural analgesics. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of endorphin massage techniques to reduce pain intensity in postpartum patients after Caesarean Section at the Dr. Iman Sudjudi Pavilion, 1st Floor, Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Method: This study uses a descriptive design with a case study approach on one postpartum patient after Caesarean Section. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and medical record documentation. Pain assessment was carried out using the PQRST and Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) methods, while the endorphin massage intervention was carried out during 3x24-hour observation. Conclusion: After conducting this research, it can be concluded that the application of endorphin massage techniques is effective in helping reduce pain intensity in post-Cesarean section patients. This is demonstrated by a decrease in pain scores, patients appearing more relaxed, more comfortable, and able to mobilize better during the postpartum recovery period.
