Background: Ovarian cancer is often diagnosed at an advanced stage and may lead to nutritional deficits due to decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, early satiety, ascites, cachexia, hypoalbuminemia, and anemia. High-protein and iron- rich nutrition education is a nursing intervention that can improve patients' and families' knowledge in meeting nutritional needs.
