Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Susi Siti andini Program studi : D-III Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Teknik Akupresur Terhadap Nyeri Pada Tn.A Dengan Close Fraktur Sarcum 3 Di Paviliun Darmawan Lantai Vi Rspad Gatot Soebroto Latar Belakang (termasuk Tujuan): Close Fracture Sacrum S4–S5 dapat menyebabkan nyeri yang berdampak pada kenyamanan dan aktivitas pasien. Salah satu terapi nonfarmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi nyeri adalah teknik akupresur. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknik akupresur dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada pasien dengan Close Fracture Sacrum S4–S5. Metode: Studi kasus dilakukan pada satu pasien dengan Close Fracture Sacrum S4–S5 di Paviliun Darmawan Lantai VI RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Teknik akupresur diberikan selama 15 menit pada titik LI4, GV20, GB20, PC6, dan LV3 selama tiga hari perawatan Hasil: Setelah dilakukan terapi akupresur selama tiga hari, skala nyeri pasien menurun dari 6 menjadi 3 berdasarkan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Pasien tampak lebih rileks, lebih nyaman, dan kualitas tidur membaik. Kesimpulan: Teknik akupresur efektif membantu menurunkan intensitas nyeri dan meningkatkan kenyamanan pada pasien dengan Close Fracture Sacrum S4–S5. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be used to reduce pain is the acupressure technique. This case study aimed to apply the acupressure technique to reduce pain intensity in a patient with Closed Sacral Fracture S4–S5. Methods: This case study was conducted on one patient with Closed Sacral Fracture S4–S5 at Darmawan Pavilion, 6th Floor, Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital. Acupressure was administered for 15 minutes at the LI4, GV20, GB20, PC6, and LV3 acupoints for three consecutive days of nursing care. Results: After three days of acupressure therapy, the patient's pain score decreased from 6 to 3 based on the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The patient appeared more relaxed, felt more comfortable, and experienced improved sleep quality. Conclusion: Acupressure technique was effective in reducing pain intensity and improving comfort in a patient with Closed Sacral Fracture S4–S5. Keywords: Acupressure, Acute Pain, Sacral Fracture
