Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Vanny Febiola Prodi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Pengaruh Pemberian Aromaterapi Dalam Mengurangi Nyeri Ibu Post Kuret Mola Di Ruang Perawatan PIS Lantai 2 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Mola Hidatidosa adalah suatu gangguan pada Sistem Reproduksi wanita. Mola Hidatidosa merupakan satu gangguan kehamilan yang terjadi karena kelainan pada proses terjadinya pembuahan. Jika tidan ditangani dengan cepat dan tepat, maka akan terjadi komplikasi yang serius dan fatal serta berujung ke mengancam jiwa. Nyeri akut merupakan dampak yang dirasakan pada Ibu Post Kuret dengan Mola Hidatidosa. Tujuan: dari studi kasus ini diharapkan dapat menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan dalam pemberian Aromaterapi dalam mengurangi nyeri pada ibu Post Kuretase Mola Hidatidosa di ruang Perawatan Lantai 2 PIS RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Metode: studi kasus yang digunakan dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini adalah studi kasus kauntitatif dengan menggunakan data untuk diteliti. Hasil: Berdasarkan studi kasus yang didapatkan bahwa terjadi penurunan skala nyeri setelah diberikan Aromaterapi Humidifier selama 3 hari menunjukkan perubaha skala nyeri pada subjek studi kasus dari skala 7 menjadi skala 5. Kesimpulan: bahwa Aromaterapi Humidifier merupakan intervensi non farmakologis yang bermanfaat dalam mengatasi nyeri Post Kuretase Mola Hidatidosa. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi tenaga perawat dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit. It is a pregnancy complication that arises from abnormalities in the fertilisation process. If not treated promptly and appropriately, it can lead to serious and fatal complications, ultimately becoming life-threatening. Acute pain is a symptom experienced by women who have undergone curettage for a hydatidiform mole. Objective: This case study aims to describe nursing care involving the use of aromatherapy to reduce pain in women who have undergone curettage for hydatidiform mole in the Ward on the 2nd Floor of the PIS at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Method: The case study used in thisfinal project is a quantitative case study utilising data for analysis. Results: Based on the case study findings, there was a reduction in pain levels following the administration of Aromatherapy Humidifier treatment over a 3-day period, showing a change in the pain scale for the study subject from a score of 7 to a score of 5. Conclusion: Aromatherapy Humidifier is a beneficial non- pharmacological intervention for managing pain following hydatidiform mole curettage. It is hoped that this study will serve as a reference for nursing staf in improving the quality of nursing care in hospitals. Keywords: Hydatidiform Mole, Post-Curettage, Pain, Aromatherapy
