Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Yohana Buinei Rumaniowi Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Efektivitas Terapi Pijat Akupresure Terhadap Masalah Bersihan Jalan Napas Pada An.C Dengan Ispa Paviliun Ade Irma Suryani Lantai 2 Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) salah satu penyakit yang sering terjadi pada anak usia prasekolah akibat sistem kekebalan tubuh yang masih rentan terhadap infeksi. Salah satu gejala yang sering muncul adalah batuk berdahak yang sulit keluarkandapat mengganggu kenyamanan anak. Terapi nonfarmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu mengurangi batuk pada anak dengan ISPA adalah terapi pijat akupresure pada titik LU1, LU2, dan CV17. Studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi pijat akupresure terhadap masalah bersihan jalan napas pada An. C dengan ISPA di Paviliun Ade Irma Suryani Lantai 2 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Studi kasus yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif pada seorang anak perempuan usia 4 tahun dengan diagnosis medis ISPA yang mengalami masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif yang disebabkan sekresi yang tertahan. Intervensi dilakukan selama 3 × 24 jam dengan penerapan terapi pijat akupresure pada titik LU1, LU2, dan CV17 sebanyak 2 sesi 30×/ sesi dengan jeda 10 menit. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, serta penilaian menggunakan Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) dan penilaian batuk efektif. Studi kasus menunjukkan adanya peningkatan batuk efektif, produksi sputum berkurang, suara ronkhi menurun, dan gelisah menurun . Terapi pijat akupresure juga membantu meningkatkan bersihan jalan napas pada pasien dengan ISPA. Studi kasus ini adalah terapi pijat akupresure efektif sebagai terapi komplementer dalam membantu mengurangi batuk dan meningkatkan bersihan jalan napas pada anak dengan ISPA. Terapi ini dapat dijadikan salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis dalam asuhan keperawatan anak dengan gangguan pernapasan. C With Acut Respiratory Infection (Ari) At Ade Irma Suryani Pavilion, 2nd Floor Acute Respiratory Infections (ARIs) are one of the most common illnesses among preschool-aged children due to their immune systems being still vulnerable to infection. One of the most common symptoms is a productive cough with phlegm that is difficult to expel, which can cause discomfort for the child. A non-pharmacological therapy that can be used to help reduce coughing in children with ARI is acupressure massage therapy at points LU1, LU2, and CV17. This case study is to determine the effectiveness of acupressure massage therapy on airway clearance issues in Patient C with ARI at the Ade Irma Suryani Paviliun, 2nd Floor, RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. The case study a descriptive case study of a 4-year-old girl with a medical diagnosis of ARI who experienced ineffective airway clearance due to retained secretions. The intervention was conducted over 3×24 hours, acupressure massage therapy at points LU1, LU2, and CV17, administered in 2 sessions of 30 minutes each, with a 10-minute interval between sessions. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, physical examinations, as well as assessments using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and an effective cough assessment. The case study showed an increase in effective coughing, reduced sputum production, decreased rales, and reduced restlessness. Acupressure massage therapy also helps improve airway clearance in patients with ARI. This case study shows that acupressure massage therapy is effective as a complementary therapy in helping reduce coughing and improve airway clearance in children with ARI. This therapy can be used as a non-pharmacological intervention in nursing care for children with respiratory disorders.
