Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Suci Rahma Yani Program Studi : S1 Kebidanan Judul : Penggunaan Leaflet Sebagai Media Edukasi Kesiapsiagaan Ibu Hamil Dalam Menghadapi Banjir Di Puskesmas Sriamur Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2025 Latar Belakang Banjir merupakan bencana yang paling sering terjadi di Indonesia dan berdampak signifikan terhadap kelompok rentan, termasuk ibu hamil. Data Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana menunjukkan peningkatan kejadian banjir dari 1.456 kejadian pada tahun 2023 menjadi 3.472 kejadian pada tahun 2024. Kabupaten Bekasi termasuk wilayah rawan banjir. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan leaflet sebagai media edukasi terhadap pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi banjir di Puskesmas Sriamur Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2025. Metode Desain one group pretest–posttest diterapkan pada 86 ibu hamil yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Kriteria inklusi meliputi ibu hamil trimester I–III, Instrumen berupa kuesioner pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan telah dinyatakan valid (r hitung > r tabel 0,361) dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha 0,927). Uji normalitas Kolmogorov–Smirnov menunjukkan data tidak berdistribusi normal sehingga analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan ibu hamil setelah diberikan edukasi menggunakan media leaflet. Rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 2,43 pada pretest menjadi 3,00 pada posttest, sedangkan rata-rata kesiapsiagaan meningkat dari 1,54 menjadi 2,99. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan p value sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang menandakan terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara kondisi sebelum dan setelah intervensi edukasi leaflet. Kesimpulan Edukasi menggunakan leaflet berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. Data from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) shows an increase in flood incidents from 1,456 in 2023 to 3,472 in 2024. Bekasi Regency is a flood-prone area. This study aims to analyze the effect of using leaflets as an educational medium on the knowledge and preparedness of pregnant women in facing floods at the Sriamur Community Health Center in Bekasi Regency in 2025. Method A one-group pretest-posttest design was applied to 86 pregnant women selected using a total sampling technique. Inclusion criteria included pregnant women in their first to third trimesters. The instrument, a knowledge and preparedness questionnaire, was declared valid (calculated r > r table 0.361) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha 0.927). The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test indicated that the data were not normally distributed, therefore, the analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results There was an increase in knowledge and preparedness among pregnant women after receiving education using leaflets. The average knowledge score increased from 2.43 in the pretest to 3.00 in the posttest, while the average preparedness score increased from 1.54 to 2.99. The Wilcoxon test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference between the conditions before and after the leaflet education intervention. Conclusion Leaflet-based education has a significant effect on improving pregnant women’s knowledge and preparedness in facing flood disasters.
